Thanks all, It was so good to get back to nature......Im a country boy at heart although I enjoy most things in life.
I find I feel at peace in the wilderness, you can not get the same feeling in a big City.

Done, short day today I skipped squats as my upperback neck is pretty crunched up.
Quads were in some serious pain, goal here is to build size and conditioning in the lower body using a safe movement you can really push.
