    Thanks all, It was so good to get back to nature......Im a country boy at heart although I enjoy most things in life.

    I find I feel at peace in the wilderness, you can not get the same feeling in a big City.

    I will try post some more pics since you enjoy them.


    Leg work..............quad killers.

    Leg press close stance-
    2pps x 15
    4pps x 10
    6pps x 10
    7pps x 30
    5pps x 12 x 3 with leg extensions 100 x 12 x 3 super sets
    6pps x 15 x 1 with leg extensions 100 x 20 x 1 super set

    Seated calves-
    3 x 12

    Standing calves-
    3 x 12

    Done, short day today I skipped squats as my upperback neck is pretty crunched up.

    Quads were in some serious pain, goal here is to build size and conditioning in the lower body using a safe movement you can really push.

    1/4" thick yet nimble in hand. SR 101 steel.......razor sharp pry bar for any chore.

    That is all, upperback tomorrow I was to hungry to continue.

    8" blocks are pretty high I guess but I am happy to rep the weight fairly easy.

    Justin, the block pulls do not give me a direct carryover. They build my potential from the floor IMO so they are more of a long term builder and I am more than happy to spend year after year haulin steel.

    To be honest I just love pulling big, its all the same to me. PR from floor, PR from blocks, better speed with 500 its all good

    I even love heavy curls and leg presses ha ha............never going to make a dollar out of this.

    Speaking of curls.....

    Barbell curls-
    45 x 5
    95 x 5
    115 x 5
    135 x 5
    155 x 4
    165 x 4
    95 x 21s x 2 sets
    115 x 8 x 2 sets

    Face pulls-
    5 sets of 20

    Front barbell raises-
    3 sets of 15

    The bicep work is needed, feel its making my pulls better.

    This year ill bring em up then from there just maintain.

    Leg day coming up, think ill try squats in briefs.

    Awesome pulls man. Where does 8" fall? if its still below the knee that should be fine. You think 16" at 220 is bad? try 16.5 at 246. FAIL.
