The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Haha! What a hair do. Love the tractor, wish I had one!

Also, big squats and deads on the same day, nice work. How much extra does the suit give on deads? I've heard it gives a lot less help than a squat suit does.

Suits give a lot less for deadlift than squats for the majority of people. I know quite a few people that get 100-200lbs. or more out of a deadlift suit with a sumo stance though. Conventional I don't know anybody getting even 100lbs., some only like 20-30lbs. Then again, some with sumo stance don't get much either. I won't answer for Nick how much he gets out of it, but I also don't think he has maxed from the floor with it yet.

Heavy pulls Nick. Handling 725 from any height is no joke.

Shame you are deloading while in the States. Would have been cool to call into Iron Sport Gym on your way to NY and get a heavy session in with BrianC, Tone and the boys.

Feet 1.5" (stupid) per side too wide, not unhappy as I think fresh and with tight straps 600+160 will go next time.
