    Ive been to San Fran, and most tourist go down to the Wharf. Alcatraz, and some cool bars down there. Lombard street is at the top of the trolley there too. The Italian district, North beach is cool too.

    NY is just one big playground. Times Square is the epicenter of course. Lower Manhattan, you can visit the World Trade Center Site. Once you get to NY, the Hotels will have a list of hotspots you have to visit.

    No real leg drive (too wide) so I think ill SMASH it next time round.

    Thanks Coke and Tank!! Bit tough at the top due to the way in which I did the lift, next time no probs.

    Should also be more ready for the bands next Thursday.

    1) pull with bands off 4" blocks (been about 4-6 months) for a max

    2) conventional same as above for 5 reppers (may take off a little band tension)

    3) back raises with weight (been 2-3 months)

    4) pullthroughs med stance

    5) rear delts

    Got squats on Monday, looking at 550 x 5.

    Speed was good today, still need a few weeks to be at my best there though.

    Feel as though my form off the floor is better (not great) but better.........take a look I am pulling back all the way to lock-out......not squatting the weight up straight which is gay.
