    Pulling looks very good. I definitely think you can get 700 if not now very soon.

    650lbs. raw squat
    441lbs. raw bench
    580lbs. raw deadlift
    1650lbs. raw total

    Thanks for the vote of confidence for being able to beat 645, when I pulled 645 it was hard.

    I do however think that with a deadlift bar I could pull around 680-700 on a good day.

    I am not good from the floor but it is improving pretty steady.

    BW 224..............drinking an Oates protein shake for breakfast and before training and holy shit my energy levels are good.

    When I get back from the US ill go to 230 then down to 215 for the wedding ha ha.

    GIANT SET no stopping

    Mid back is feeling that 505 x 8 set ha ha..........food......and more food.

    I will catch up on your logs soon, super busy. Boss is trying to squeeze me into walking out or blowing up so they dont have to pay me up before I start new job. Today he sent and email every 45 seconds for 20 mins non stop asking questions and trying to find mistakes.

    I lost my balance as you can see but weight was nothing, and yep Hayden I should beat 645 now.....going to pull 605, 650, 665 in few days I hope.

    665 sounds pretty cool I reckon.

    I have lost 4.5lb damn it (been sick) so I am going to have to make an effort to get back to 224.
