    Glutes have lost strength so.....

    SLDL conventional-

    225 x 6
    275 x 6 x 5 sets 45 sec between sets
    225 x 6

    10 min stretching

    Lat pulldowns-
    60 x 110

    Shrugs-
    135 x 30

    DB curls-
    10s x 40

    Wrist curls DB-
    10s x 40

    Rep SLDL was tough, need the glutes back up to speed.

    Finished with some blood flow work cause im pretty tight and sore.

    RSU.
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    Trying to do heavier shrugs than me I see lol, j/k. I will do some of that stuff heavier again after my meet. Training looks good.

    Tank, yeah I have done Dimmels in the past. Thank you for the reminder bro.

    Missed posting some leg work where I hit 550 in loose briefs and did a TON of forearm/wrist/hand/finger work.

    Today, arm work.

    Tricep pushdowns-
    80 x 15
    100 x 15
    120 x 12
    140 x 12
    160 x 10

    DB seated curls pretty strict-
    35s x 15, 15, 12, 12, 10

    DB wrist curls-
    40s x 15/10/6/6/4/4 rest pause set (very hard set lol)

    Barbell wrist curls-
    50 x 15/12/12 rest pause staright after above

    Behind back wrist curls-
    50 x 15 straight after above

    Reverse wrist curls-
    3 sets 15

    Legs tomorrow.......hitting close stance raw squats for 6s.

    Will check your logs tomorrow!

    Just been told my Girlfriends cousin aged 15 was shot and killed in Plymouth which I think is in Philly?

    She was in the wrong place wrong time, some dealers killed her.

    Very sad, she looked like a very nice young girl.

    Thank you guys, Girlfriend is ok and seems to be dealing with it well.

    Not much I can do I guess but be there if she needs it.

    On a positive note I have been hitting biceps forearms and tri's a fair bit and my elbow feels pretty good.
    Squats and SLDL soon.

    Got a bad cold, feel weak and tired.........wanted to test myself.

    Barbell shrugs-
    135 x 5
    225 x 5
    315 x 5
    405 x 5
    495 x 5
    Get angry
    545 x 5
    585 x 5

    DB shrugs-
    5 sets of 12

    Pulldowns-
    3 sets of 15

    DB wrist curls-
    30s x 20

    That was all I could do, left trap is slightly strained now.

    Very happy, my best is 605 x 5 and that was done warming up with 3s not 5s and while feeling good so I will aim at 615 x 5 next time for a PR.

    ARHHHHH gotta love the heavy iron boys!
