The Five Biggest Contradictions in Fitness

Itís no secret that when people contradict themselves, it has the effect of making the flaws in their actions or statements seem glaringly obvious. But what about when WE ourselves get caught contradicting ourselves by someone else?

Cool! I am looking to compete in WSH next year, if I can stay healthy. (Bending injuries have stalled some of my grip goals throughout the past year.) WSH is probally the biggest reason why I wanted to get the Vulcan.

I soak them in hot water to help the healing, it seems to work very well.

I stretch them and rub them as well while soaking.
Ever tried that but contrasting with cold water? No personal experience but I've heard good things.
