    Worked up to 6 close attempts at the 3 plus 6 overcrushes with the 2.5

    10 mins pinch grip work

    Vulcan thumb work for 6 sets of 6

    CoC 1.5 which I filed off 5mm for 5 sets of 4 speed full range (filed 1.5 feels the same as a number 2)

    Not a bad day, I am close to nailing that #3 and about to go into the next phase of training now that my hands are ready.
