    No solid plans for the honeymoon as money is going at way quicker than coming in lol.

    I am 99% sure I will go back to lanscaping that way I can start up my own business and have my wife run the business and marketing.....better for the family long term. Will need to build my skills for the next 2 years then buy a truck and some tools if I don'y already have them.........very excited I don't like office work and I hate aircon!


    Lifting...

    Speed pulls from mid-shin conventional against quad minis (220)
    135 x 2
    135 x 2
    225 x 1
    315 x 1 x 10

    CoC grippers at home-
    Worked up to #2.5 solid rep Left, #3 (better rom than normal) PR Right

    #2 x 10 almost full range reps Left PR

    From here inverted work

    Trainer x 5 with pinky and ring only PR both hands

    #1 x 1 x 2 with pinky and ring only PR both hands

    #2 x 1 all fingers with both hands

    Trainer 5 x 5 with pinky and ring only with both hands

    Pinch grip middle and index 5 x 5

    Progressing.....hands are thicker and stronger..........gym again tomorrow to get what I missed today in.

    Pinky and ring closed the #1 for 2 reps PR each hand

    Trainer x 10 reps pinky and ring PR each hand

    Last night did chest, back and some hamstrings along with 1 hr of grip......hands were smashed when i woke up.

    Off into the wilderness with some new gear mods! Any knife and kit lovers out there let me know.

    Progress has slowed due to overtraining but thats easily solved

    CoC Grippers-

    Right hand #T x 5, #1 x 5, #1.5 x 1, #2 x 1, #2.5 x 1, #3 x 1, #3 x 2mm off, #3 x 2, #3 x 1 hold close full 10 sec PR!!, #3.5 x handles to parallel.

    Left- #T x 10 x 2 sets full range, #1 x 5 x 2 sets full range, #T x 6 x 4 sets pinky and ring only.

    Pinch grip-
    3 sets pretty easy weight

    Pretty happy, I changed back to setting the gripper in my hand where it feels most natural............bring on the 3 repper!

    Closed the #3 19 different times now boys.

    Deads tomorrow fucking pumped........DEADS ARE KING and always will be.
