    Chest snd triceps x a ton yesterday.....sore today.

    Wanting to get some of them muscles.

    Grip when i get home, levered a long 4x2 for the first time today at work.
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    Grip work, pretty good day

    Here are some vids..........the filed #1.5 is to show Tom. Filing 5mm off one side turns a 1 into a 1.25, turns a 1.5 into a 1.75 etc.

    A filed 1.5 is between a 1.5 and a 2.

    Tank it means I have closed the handles on the #3 189 times.......keeping track

    Tom yes, I can get to around 6mm from close.......3.5 is WAY harder the a 3. I think a 3 can be done by most with goods hand genes, the 3.5 will only ever be closed by a small amount of people trust me. I hope to be one of them he he.

    Chest work x a shitload all done in 30 mins, time for the celebrations to begin.
