    I have done a lot of squats and upper back but did not record, all BB type work.

    Last nights shoulders and chest:

    Standing press (slight push press)-
    45 x 15
    65 x 5
    95 x 5
    115 x 3
    135 x 3
    185 x 1
    205 x 1 after layoff PR
    135 x 10

    Hammer incline-
    5 sets of 8 pretty heavy

    Barbell front raises-
    45 x 8 x 2
    75 x 8 x 2

    Face pulls-
    65 x 15 x 4

    Side raises-
    15s x 15 x 2

    Happy with the 205 standing press, close to bodyweight (218).
    Squat briefs only 625 @ 210
    Bench geared 525 @ 210
    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    Closed the 3 195 times now.

    Been doing tons of bodybuilding/power building and my upperbody has grown along with cslves.

    Smashed some 405lb speed pulls like bitch weight.

    Lots of lat work snd a little grip too slong with the normal stuff.

    #3 x 5mm from close
    #1.5 x 5 x 5 speed sets

    2 x 5 x 5 speed sets

    5 x 12 not paying any attention to the weight here, short rests

    Heavy abs-

    Calve raises-

    35 mins.

    BW sitting at 218.......not eating all that much so getting back to 227 wont be hard.
