    Grip today got a PR both hands on plank leverage holds.

    Did a ton of thick bar curls/wrist curls......about 20 sets.....hands and arms smashed.

    No gripper work today.

    Went to sports chiro and had accupunture on hip flexor, really good chiro!

    Deadlift geared 650 @ 220

    Pinch grips wide grip block-

    Added mass to the wrist and lower arm, really fun!
