    Forearm work.

    Did about 12 sets.....hit 2 PRs.

    Heavy upper work tomorrow.

I leave Sunday for a rafting camp trip, 7 days in the middle of a massive forest southern table land NSW near Fitzroy Falls.
My and a mate from NZ, we have lots food supplies and gear.
Our total gear/food weight comes in at 150lb.
No reception so we hired a PLB gps for $88.
Will be fishing and hunting bait with arrow head spears yay.
    Very excited!
