    Thanks guys!! My grip goals are to pinch grip 2 45s and close the #3.5 along with plenty of other things too.


    Speed pulls conv from 1.25" deficit-

    Kettlebell rows-
    Worked up to 80s x 27

    Seated rows-

    Hey bro, no closer yet. I have just stepped it up.....found training grip once a week sent me bsckwards.

    Will start work on the #3 and attempts at the #3.5 in about 2 weeks.

    Overall my hands are stronger just not with grippers.
