How do you find left and right hands compare with the grip work?

    Is there much disparity?

Depends. On normal gripper work yes, right is stronger by about 15%.

When doing pinky/ring work the left is 10% stronger.

On wrist work the right is stronger.

Pinch grip med-narrow the right is way stronger, wide grip is very close.

    Holding deadlift bar is even.
