I've always avoided them as they get bad press... I might give them a try. thanks!

Nice push presses Nick! You don't see too many people doing them behind the neck anymore.

Thanks guys!!! I find them better, more of an athletic type movement IMO.

    Grippers-

    Standard set reps-
    #T x 1
    #1 x 1
    #1.5 x 2
    #2 x 2
    #2.5 x 1
    #3 x 1
    #3 x 1
    #2 x 26...........for you Tom
    #T x 100

    DB wrist curls-
    40s x 47
    55s x 22
    55s x 15
    40s x 25

Gripper strength is coming back, I lost track back Im pretty sure that is 210 times I have closed the handles on the #3.

    BW 220.

My Chiro is very good and we are seeing progress yay! Even my feet need fixing, they are much wider than a normal size 10 foot so my shoes have been squashing my feet for years creating issues.

Awesome, thanks! I've been setting the tougher grippers similarly, but instead of putting the thumb behind in the palm, I've been trying to pin it on the inside leg (and pushing the leg into the palm). I will definitely give this a try with the thumb positions!

I can only imagine what sort of additional calluses you've developed from the grippers too. Gnarly, mate. We need to get you a multi ply glove and we can get you doing WSBB Grippers lol
