    haha...didnt figure you the type for lifting to her.     Iron Maiden today plus some ACDC classics.

    Max pulls

    Pulls off 6" blocks against quad minis plus doubled averages (370lbs in tension)-
    This took 30 mins to set up lol.
    45 x2
    135 x1
    185 x1
    225 x1
    275 x1
    315 x1
    365 x1
    405 x1 (775lb at top) huge PR

    Pulls off 6" blocks against quad minis (220lbs tension)-
    365 x6 (held at top 5 sec) PR
    No straps all sets of pulls

    Close stance G.M's-
    45 x10 x4

    Hanging band abs-
    Average x15 x4

    Done, this was the hardest day in a while at lock-out- speed off blocks was good.

    Tank I was planning on doing Sumos as you know but my knee was still sore from them last wednesday.

    Feeling good!!

    Good job Nick, that is some crazy band tension. Before you started using all these bands to pull, did you ever take a raw max deadlift to see where you started? It would be cool to see how much you improved.

    I was actually planning on doing a ME block pull, but I decided to do the Zercher squat contest. So Monday I'll be trying to break a PR!!!!

    I have done 505 but I think I did start lower like around 455?

    I think once I learn the suit and work hard at floor pulls 600 or more can be done but until I do it my best is still 505.

    I am pretty excited to see what you do on block pulls!!

    Nup, most I have done is 470 (quad monsters and quad minis) lock-out was enough to nearly pop my head ha ha love it!
    Setting that **** up is a pain in the ass!!

    I will keep adding bar weight and keep adding bands whenever I can, I found the ratio of 50/50 really good which was 405 bar weight with 370 in bands on Saturday so I will make my way to 600 plus 600.

    Yeah bro pretty big but I would like to have it as a goal as it sounds really good to me.

    Doing another round of side bends now, I feel the obliques need to be a strength rather than a weakness.
