    Neck was bad going into gym but did get better during the work-out.

    Raw reverse band squat (deload 100 at bottom ZERO at top) to 1/2" ABOVE parallel box close stance-
    135 x2
    225 x2
    315 x2
    405 x1
    455 x1
    Add belt
    505 x1
    545 x1
    585 x1 PR
    Better at walking out squats now than when I was doing lots of squats so Im pretty happy- must be the ab work.

    Hamstrings-

    Ab thingy-

    Done, look forward to wide stance squat in briefs to see what I get.

    EDIT: box was actually 1/2" higher than I had thought.

    Thanks Gatorman!! As soon as i get the bone spurs taken out, hope the shoulder press and back work will keep my bench up (thats why I do close grips on shoulders).

    Parallel box raw with reverse monsters med-wide stance
    135 x3

    Harder than I thought, I suck with this stance raw.

    Hamstrings-
    100 x10
    100 x10

    Bell side bends-
    80lb x15 per side
    60lb x15 per side

    This was pretty different to what I normally do and I liked it, form got better each set- sat back nice with knees pushed out and each rep looked the same.

    Respect to the guys who do the Russian Squat routines this was not easy even though the weights were not huge.

    That's great you are able to sacrifice some weight for technique. 6 sets of 4 pps is very good anyway!

    Nice plan, no doubt you could even go 435 next Tuesday and then 465 next, and 495 or 5pps afterwards.

    Thanks John!! Plan is to do multiple sets so I get used to walking out and setting up (just as hard as the lift for me with max weight), really pleased I thought about it and gave it a try.

    Thanks Gatorman!! Quads, glutes, hammys and back are a little sore today lol, I think when I can do easy sets of 5 with 500 I will be on track for some decent squats in gear.
