Nice work on the deficit pulls, and maybe it's time to give that back a rest!!! The reverse hyper should help out some, it's a great rehab tool.

Sh1t bro, make sure you take care of the back. Take it from me you don't want to screw around with it. I'm still not right. Great work the last few sessions btw. I understand your thinking about your pulls lagging. I'm the same way. My pull has always been my weakness. I should take a page out of your book.

Can not wipe my ass properly (thought id share that).

Wish I took the day off yesterday!

I will not be touching a weight for at least 3 days.

Yeah. It's not fun at all. See what the next few days of rest do for it and go from there. Hope you have a speedy recovery bud.

Yeah sometimes heat isn't the best but sometimes it works for me, I guess it was worth a shot. Ice helps me out as well so hopefully that will make it feel a little better.

20% is a decent improvement, maybe this will heal faster than anticipated. A massage certainly will help. I'm confident in your PR too. I'm also confident you are right about Oprah.

    Thanks guys!!

Massage helped a fair bit, can walk around fine now but still gets very tight when I sit to long.

No where near 100% but better for sure.

Going to ice and pull the sled on Saturday in place of heavy stuff.

    Thank again!!

That is interesting that the massage helped so much, I mean I figured it would be good, but the fact that you are looking at a return date is great. Your plan sounds good, the active recovery work from the sled should help. Definitely moving in the right direction.

Having your back hurt sucks!! I've had to to take a month off from deadlifts before it started feeling better. I've been back on deadlifts for 2 weeks now and they're still feeling a bit off. They should be good to go in another week or so.
