    Been in bed of at least stuck in the house most of this time.

    Still not healed yet but I'm staying positive it won't be long.

    I'm guessing the "61" isn't a typo since it appears on two sets? lol Wow. That's the way to do it, get in whatever work you can while you heal and it will benefit you. Glad your staying positive, that is so important. Hopefully you'll be back at it soon.

    Thanks guys, progress is slow.

    I think this is going to take a while but in the big picture its nothing.

    Over the weekend I had bad headaches and a rash on my leg which is swollen and tender (Doc today at 12:30)

    Something is up with my immune system and I am pretty pissed, spent the weekend lying down!

    Should be ok soon.

    Hope you feel better Nick! When you get back to lifting, use that Malanichev video as motivation. But then again, you can't judge depth from the front...hahahaha. Bet you won't see too many people picking on that video.

    1 is pretty sore.

    Its making me laugh how I have all this **** wrong at the moment...........all I can do is laugh.

    Headaches, boils bad back and sore neck ha ha........awesome for Christmas time.

    Still Billions of people around the world are WAY worse off so ill keep smiling, you guys are a big help.

    I consider you all my friends so I know the concern is genuine, funny because when I started this log I had no interest in making friends but you sure as hell have become just that.

    Had to do pulls off 6" blocks to avoid scrapping my boils.

    Sumo off 6" blocks against two sets of minis-
    135+130 x2
    225+130 x2
    315+130 x1
    Add belt
    405+130 x1 piss easy
    Add briefs
    495+130 x1
    545+130 x1 PR
    585+130 x1 easy PR
    625+130 x1 big PR, pretty easy could do 25lb more.

    Done, did not want to risk anymore plus I had a mild headache.

    Think my grip can hold mid 800s, that was grip and rip and still no prob- if I set my hands well and cock my wrists slightly my grip is 50lb stronger.

    BTW last time I did 6" blocks (about 4 months ago) I did about 600 in straight weight so this is a pretty huge PR at that block height.

    Are you kidding me? How in the world did you heal that fast.... and not just heal, but come back and nail a huge PR with 625 pounds in your hands against minis? That's insane. I'm going to chalk it up to some kind of Kiwi thing, just a tough group of people.     Yeah I just don't know how it healed so well so quick nut I sure am happy.

    Ready for a big year of pulls and building my squat along with fixing my elbow to so I can do full meets 2012.
