Thank you John, Tank and Gatorman!!

It was hard work but I thought Id just keep going (plan was 150 reps he he).

Left trap is still bad and cant turn head much...........gets better during day but then when I sleep its back to square one.........should be fine for Saturdays pulls!

Lowerbody and core are feeling really strong, actually everything other than this dam neck/trap.

I did it shoulder pressing, no idea why it has created an ongoing issue.

Feels ok right now, thanks bro!!

    Squat day.

Getting my strength back here after 3 weeks fairly light, will start to get serious now.

10" raw box squat reverse monster minis-
    135 x2
    225 x2
    315 x2
    11" box and belt on
    405 x2
445 x1 Ill call this a PR but not sure
    405 x2
    405 x2
    405 x2

    Back raises-
Mini over head x20 (3 sec hold on last)
Mini over head x15 (2 sec hold on last)
Mini over head + 8lb ball at chest x10 (2 sec hold on last)

    SUPER SET

    Swiss ball abs-
    10
    12
    15

    Crunch hold on floor-
    10

    Calve raises-
    15
27 PR I keep track he he

These numbers are not big but I have never been good at low box work so Im very happy, if the carry over to briefs at parallel is good I should smash my old PR in approx 12 weeks.

    Really liking the low box!

The back raises killed my lowerback and hammys which are sore already.

Man I think 445 reverse squat with just monster minis off a 11" box is a damn solid day, coming up off a low box like that is no joke. You have me sold on the back raises, now I need to figure out how to do them with my current setup. No one here can claim they work harder than you, every time I log on it seems you've done another crazy day of huge pulls or 260 rep sets. lol You're the real deal Nick.

Back raises suck. They give you the most uncomfortable back pump that makes you want to chop off every muscle back there.

Great work in here, Nick. Getting even stronger.

    Thanks Steve!!

I am not good off low box's so its a good sign that what Im doing is working, I am pretty sure that's a PR yet it was not very hard really...id say 93-95% of my max.

Yes the back raises are really helping me no question! I love em now, you can mix it up big time here are some examples you can choose from:
-Bands behind head with and with-out holding weight.
    -Barbell on back.
    -Bodyweight for extra high reps.
-1 sec concentric, 5 sec eccentric.
-Static holds on each rep or just the last for 2-5 seconds.
-Body weight x 10 with 3 sec hold, 9 with 3 sec hold, 8 with 3 sec hold and so on down to 1 (all in one set) Killer.
-Bodyweight x15 fast, 15 super slow in 1 set etc etc

Lots of ways to mix it up, these are just some ideas.

BTW my left bicep is still sore from the set of 260 ha ha!

Yeah they are hard for me ha ha, each week its getting easier though.

The 10" box is about as low as I can go right now with any weight and feels like im sitting on the floor but I do want to have a max off an 8-9" box.

I think the LONG range of motion is great for building muscle (short range great for CNS), previously I always worked on max strength and supporting big loads but neglected basic raw muscle strength so I aim to even things up.

Just got put the tape, nothing much has changed but to my surprise the calves are 5/8" bigger.

Can't really see any big change but it's good, I'm almost at 17" which I used to think was big.

Time to work up to 18..........closet bodybuilder lol.

Strong squatting Nick. 11" is not a box, its a mat.
This is the true joy in life, the being used for a purpose recognized by yourself as a mighty one; the being thoroughly worn out before you are thrown on the scrap heap; the being a force of Nature instead of a feverish selfish little clod of ailments and grievances complaining that the world will not devote itself to making you happy - George Bernard Shaw
