    Training looking great, I did a cycle of very low box squats a few years ago and set a huge full gear squat PR not much after.

    Feeling very good about 2011, first day in a long while where I am loose and bouncy after a heavy session the day previous so Im real happy.........strutting round like a Peacock.....J/K.........maybe.

    I peeked in the other day and saw the chaos bench work. Are you going to continue or wait for the surgery? You've been a runaway train this week. Lots of quality and quantity. Good to hear the body is feeling so good that you describe it with peacock lol.

    I will do the chaos bench again this wednesday but wont go over 225-245 and see if that does not bother elbow, with that weight bouncing around I can get some good work in.
    225-235 x5 chaos bench with a med/close grip translates to about a 315 raw bench so thats not too bad for someone who does not bench.

    Body is feeling great bro, really happy!

    Loving the raw squats, really working on what I am NOT strong at, very humbling straining with weights I dont find impressive but I am getting better at below parallel work each week so its good.

    Personally i do find the weights impressive, monster minis don't help that much and 405 off an 11" box is tough! I love the 7.5" box, that's insanely low, I think I'd rip my groin trying that. lol I'm going to throw in some Peacock Pulldowns myself, let's get these things recognized as a staple in anyone's training. Great work Nick, you truly are impressive!

    Yeah 7.75" is low as possible, maybe too low really I'll stick with 11-12" for the most part.

    Peacock pulldowns- after 100-500 reps you WILL strut round like a Peacock ha ha.

    For you it would need to be a squat variation or at least a leg type builder!

    Perhaps something you find helps your strength out of the hole? Then whenever someone needs strength out of the hole we can recommend it to help!
