    I will post video of my new squat technique but Im sure you guys have equal or better technique anyway its just my free squat form had issues.
    Mostly I just lock my back in at the right angle (does not change during lift) and dont waste much movement sitting back (I start with ass already out and slight lean forward) push knees out hard and sit down, this is very economical.

    As for the pants- they know me well at the sewing repair place by my work.........always ripping the ass out of my gym pants and even work pants lol.
    It is expensive!
    My ass is 1" bigger than last year when I measured up for the squat suit.

    We forget sometimes how different a Powerlifters lowerbody is to an average guy, big difference...............I have had many many girls say they wish they had my ass...........I wish I could have their ass if you know what Im saying

    Man, those SLDL's are going through the roof. The squat will too with the new stance hopefully. Australia has a pretty interesting beginning as well. That would be a good Survivor episode. Put some of these modern day ahem men in a time machine back to the 1800's or so and see how long they last.

    Thanks Thomas!! Yeah fairly recent about 6 months, I am starting my squats again I just really wanted to get my pull moving and it needed some real focus as my technique was very bad.

    Thanks John!! Yeah Aus and NZ are pioneer countries, it must have taken big balls to travel all the way to the bottom of the world (NZ) where there was nothing and made you feel alone.
    Yep these moderen metro fag boys would need to make some serious changes from the first day lol, it is actually sad that we no longer as a whole think of the outdoors and building things and hunting as fun........video games do not even come close!

    Squat no box and walked out (which I am not a fan of for saftey reasons)-
    No wraps today, forgot them

    Add briefs and belt

    545 x1 pretty easy
    505 x7 left one or two in the tank, I honestly don't think my rep PR is more than 8-10 with 505 so this pleased me

    SLDL-
    135 x10

    Seated shoulder press from eye level-
    135 x3
    185 x8
    135 x12

    Pretty tired so shut it down

    Fairly good for first squats in a while, core handled all weights like bitch weight but legs are weak
