Thanks Coke, Garage Lifter and Gatorman!!!!!

The day went well and that lift in the video was not very hard, I really enjoy my training and I think that helps hit PRs.

This is the beginning.....only be pulling Sumo a short while not even 6 months I think.

Nothing better than big weights in your hands other than Alexis Texas's ass cheeks she rocks!

    Huge pull Nick. Impressive!!

Thats a cool story of how you just packed your **** up and did one. There muct be so many people who dream about doing that but just dont have the balls to do it.

    Tank, great Powerlifting minds.....

    Speed lower mixed day.

Raw floor sumo speed pulls against purples and minis (110 and 45, 155lb tension)
    135 + 110 x2
    225 + 110 x2
    275 + 110 x2
275 +155 x1 dropped weight on big toe, not looking bad lucky for me
    275 +155 x1
    275 +155 x1
    275 +110 x1
    315 +110 x1
    315 +110 x1
    Worked up a little
365 +110 x1 still fast enough to call speed

Conventional speed pulls floor and raw-
    225 +110 x3
    225 +110 x3
225 +110 x6 rep work here nice and quick

    Med stance raw squat-
    135 x2
    225 x2
    275 x2
    315 x2
    385 x2

    Seated hamstring machine-
    60 x40
    120 x15

    Calve raises-
25 slow reps with 12 sec hold on last

Really good day, speed and everything felt good today.

Squats are feeling good, way better in the hole and 385 x2 was fast.

Thanks BC!! The raw squats, speed pulls and heavy block pulls have made it much easier to seperate the weights from the blocks where I used to strain my ass off to get it moving.
I think speed work is good for deadlifts but I think you work up on the last couple sets till where your speed slows a little to get the most out of them.

Thanks Traps!! I am really pleased with my training overall, squats are down but coming back up.

Thanks Tank!! That day was a lot of fun and pretty taxing on the lowerbody.....got the right balance of sets reps and weight that time.

Thank Kiff!! That would be great mate for sure.....keep me posted Sydney is a cool place to visit and I train in the heart of the City right by the Opera house etc.
Be cool to train with someone from WBB........make a training video!

You can really only depend on your self bud (as you found out)...awesome story. Lately I have been thinking of selling all my crap and jumping on a plane and blindly flying to a new location. We'll see how this new job goes...if not...maybe I'll move down under who knows lol.

    Yep that is true.

Hope the new job works out!!

We only have one life and I dont think you should live to please everyone else when they wont even do shit for you when you actually need it (thats when you wont get help ha ha).

I have noticed that the people who do nothing for themselves get all the help in the world for some reason, its a joke!

    Pffft!.....how girly..

Maybe somehwere down the line we can all meet up. Hopefully not when we are grey and old and all we can do is trade lifting storys from 'back in the day'...lol.

Damn man, you did make that PR look EASY!!! You've got some serious pulling strength. I believe I've said that before though about 500 times!!!

Also, with volume work like that, your back will have no choice but to explode!!!

    Great work man!
