Meeting you and the other lifters from here one day would be awesome...it is understandable though, the trip to the US is getting postponed. Maybe down the line some of us will meet up.

Thanks Mark!! Looking forward to it for sure.

    Thanks Tank!!

Thanks John!! The weird ones always put out...

    Thanks BC!!

Thanks Thomas!! Was a fun day, really cool to train with Eddie.

Thanks Coke!! Yep, it will happen.

Conventional rack pulls for 5s against quad minis tomorrow (not super heavy, just some good work) along with raw squats.

New job starts tomorrow so if I am a little slack on your logs you know why........can't see it making much difference though.

Nice pull in the vid big Nick. You really wrassled it through to lockout. Strong work bud.

Great job on the SLDL Nick, pulling them off a 4" block is very hard.

Hey guys thanks very much for the comments.....I had to work for the 500 set.

To be clear it was not from a deficit, weight on 4" blocks but was done with legs straight....lower back is feeling it which was the aim.

Just at work so will check in once I get home.

New job is good but I am starting to see I'm not really made for sitting at a desk for 50 hours a week so I may study to be a PT!
