    Nup further away, I have been hitting other types of grip strength.

    Will start working crushing grip more again though.

    All is going well, hip has continued improving snd that was my main goal.

    Always sick work with the grippers! Have you tried any pinch yet (hub/1- or 2-hand pinch)? I really want to start getting into some 2-hand pinch work for 2014 and hopefully enter a few grip comps.

    Hey bro!

    I hurt my thumbs lol and had to back off pinch work but will start up again asap.

    My wrist strength is up and this is helping a fair few movements like curls etc.

    Forearms grown nearly half inch in a short time

    BW 220 and pretty lean now.

    More work to do!!

    Sorry guys! Super busy....things going pretty well.

    Said to myself do not post until your forearms are 15" up from 14".....here I am.
    Full inch bigger in the forearms (i have pics)
    It has got my stagnant gripper work moving and im working on the 3.5 which i got 10mm off from close
    Doing #3 for 6 reps
    Hsmmer curls with 90lb dbs now
    Hip is better!!

    BW 222.

    Hip was good today
