Hey guys, just looking for a bit of advice as it's really bugging me now. I am at Uni most days of the week and hardly get the chance to make time for small meals during the day
I end up coming home and cooking 1lb of chicken and dumping some salad and cheese with it
Although I manage to reach my goal for protein intake for that day most of it comes from this one sitting and shakes.
So my question, is it okay to have it in the one sitting?
I have heard that consuming, say over 30g at one time is useless and the excess will usually be stored as fat?? which I definately do not want on a cut.
Also when I workout, I have a shake which is probably about 25g of protein, does this mean no more protein or food is needed after a workout?
