    Chris, you are such a strong Dl'er that I expected deads or rack pulls to be in the mix. Do you not consider this a back exercise? Do you do them on your leg day? Thanks.

    That was my big question as well. Im guessing it is because the article is talking about implementing this on DE days. Which means that deadlifts are already done on ME days. At least that is what i understood from it.

    Deads of any sort are considered primarily for the spinal erectors (they certainly hit the traps hard as well) and done on a different day than my upper back training.

    Hammer Strength machines are just a brand of plate loading machines which use leverage to vary the resistance curve. Most gyms have at least a few of them. You can Google them to see more.

    I want lats that I can use to glide from tree to tree!!! And traps that make it impossible to buy off the rack dress shirts (hard now but not impossible)
