Hi guys im new to this Website, and i have a few questions about this (working out ) I am 14 i have been going to the gym for 2 months. I way about 160. I bench 95, Curl 50, pull down 60. I dont relly no anything eles i can do i do 8 reps 3 times for each of these. I go 5 days a week. Do you think this workout is good or bad? Is it good for my age? Could you please help me with a few other workouts i could do Thank you.
