    Hi chris, welcome.
    When I was 14 I probably weighed 100 even.
Check out the stickies, espeshilly Starting Strength. I am on the program now and it is working. There is a lot to be learned, but if you take some time and read the stickies and read through some of the articals you will find a bunch of useful information.

Id suggest doing Starting Strength. Read the sticky on the BB page.

Also, read the sticky, in the diet section, entitled: Methods on Accurate Bulking.

Now, go read, eat, lift and get big and strong.

Dont worry about what you are doing now... just get in the gym and start doing basic barbell movements like squats, deadlifts, rows, pullups, and presses.

Read the sticky on Starting Strength.
