    i made a website once. and another one another time. so 2.

    Goal(Current):
    400(335) Bench Press
    600(520x3 2xBW) Dead Lift
    500(495x1) ATG Squat
    Total: 1500(1350)
    365 Front Squat
    consistency and intensity.

    I have an idea for a fitness/bodybuilding site and need some passionate people to join if they want. But I don't want to go out on a limb and be too loud about idea and go "rah-rah, I will do this, I will do that so come join me .." with it. I will send out PMs for those who replied.

    I have my sql php and java script experience. I can do html some xhtml and can provide layouts to an extent. No flash.
