    yeah soory Hopp i haven't had a chance to get to Tone's for my computer class. soory hopefully saturday after squatting i can get there and maybe have more videos.

    truck pull. tone's expedition about 240ft. 41 sec. lost to tone 37 and beaker(drew)35.

    Today's training is a bunch of upper body stuff, not real worried about weight as i am volume and speed.

    I was still sore from hip abds and hip add today so squatting was little shakey.

    I keep saying to myself that I want to lose weight, but it's so damn hard to because I love to f***ing eat. Sometimes I have just thought about walking on the treadmill and try to lose some like that. I wouldn't mind just walking around at 230ish. Oh well, hopefully I will get motivated to do so.
