    Bench workout. Incredible. Un****ingbelieveable actually. Time off from all that manual labor you do at work works wonders!

    Squat workout was actually awesome for being off the cuff and with no one with you.

    Hope you had a great vacation bro, you deserved it. You've been working your ass off since the start of winter. Really nice to have you back though!
