    Damn, 2 sets of blues are brutal!!!!! I finally decided to try and lose some weight. So we'll see how long I can do it for and be able to maintain.

    Your technique in that shirt is SO much better. One thing I missed last night. Look at your heels in the video. You're still on your toes. Other than that it was a ****ing strong bench!

    That's it. like i said backing off a little bit. feeling pretty beat up from work and training. so need to be close to 100% for big days. my shoulders are really banged up right now.

    I skipped thur access day wasn't feeling good. today was much better.
    box squats w/ briefs

    barx3 2blues and 1green band on for rest of squat day

    That was it. Very happy with weight i handled

    conv. rack pulls 2nd hole

    745x0 missed at very top plus grip was failing
    800x3 straps on pr last time with these couldn't lock 815 so very happy
    875x0x2 couldn't lockout first try second didn't move. Lost to M Ski. oh, well I can't dewell on loss but need to be cool with pr.

    standing cable crunch 1x20
    pvc rolling for 5 mins.

    Everyone had great day. Crew looked good and put up with my ****.

    365x2 (felt heavy, none of these sets felt good. But stupidity won again and put on shirt)

    635x0 couldn't touch and didn't have anything. did everything wrong on this set.
    Couldn't end there of course
    635x1 got it but wasn't pretty.
    called my training there. had huge pressure headache behind left eye at this point.
    went home, ate and about hr after it hit. Cold chills, aches all over feel like i have the flu. I wish I knew when to push and when not too. Should have realized I'd still wouldn't be recovered from saturday. Oh well, now feel like hell, and can't get comfortable.

    Thank you Cocoa, Hopp and Adam. Bench really feels good in that new shirt.
    WEd access day: major movement was gm's 5x5, with 3 or 4 other movements.
    Thur access day: major movement was cgbp to 3brd 4sets, then 2 back movements,slbs,hammer curls, and tri pushdowns.

    Feeling ok lately, i will be cutting back to 1 access day now that i'm 6 weeks out. Helps me keep from over training and helps me with recovery. My weight has been holding steady everyday 240-242.

    First off I knew it was going to be a rough one before even started. I told Tone I wasn't feeling it and that was an understatement. Every set felt heavy and slow. had no explosion out of the hole.

    Same here but a healthier 242. I woke up this morning @ 244.

    At least you went into the workout not feeling it, so you don't have to guess what went wrong with your squat.
