    595x2(big pr was feeling pretty good on squat so went for it. was thinking single but pushed for second.)

    switched to conv. form was not too good sumo

    555x4 on way down for 5th my back gave out. felt like hell 2 hrs ago. contrast shower and 800mg of ibrupfen later and feels alittle better. dread tomorrow getting out of bed.

    Today was huge day. evn my dead was going better than usual.this happened with training before, where i pull sumo for a month or 2 and my conv pull feels awesome after. The squat pretty sure i have singled 585 but 2 was great. new program is definetly making difference.

    thanks man. back's loosening up some. think it will be ok with some time. i have been my deads sumo for a month now. sldl conv. may continue to pull my warmups sumo for awhile. seems to work well for me

    if u see today. we did set of 10, 7, 5, and 3 they are considered warmups. so stay sumo up until at least that point. then conv.

    Oh ok, I would only work up to about 2 plates and then switch to conventional. I would like to hit sumo more often. I've heard that Chuck V has done the same but has worked up to like 600+ then switched.
