    upper access day 5/3/1 bp 5week= barx10x2, 135x5, 255x5, 295x5, 335x7(not great, but considering how sore i felt i'll take it) lat pulldowns=2x15, lat pushdowns=2x15, tri pushdowns=2x20. just enough to get some blood flowing. really sore, week off killed me. happy holidays everyone. hey brian c we squat at iron sport everyweek on sat at 9. except for next 2 weeks. send me pm if ur intrested.

    thank you hopp. today didn't want to totally miss lower body day. so went to local crappy gym. without monolift! Squat to bench( no box probably 1or 2 higher than parallel.) barx12 , 135x8, 225x5, 315x5, put briefs on for next sets= 405x5, 505x3,4,5 called it there after 3sets back was getting tight, and i'll admit very unmotivated, training alone, crappy gym, and holiday blues. can't wait for jan 3rd to get back to normal.

    yeah, new program has us doing bands (raw) every 3or 4 weeks. supposed to be easy week dbled monster minis. however bands for bench always kill me. shoulders hurt for days after

    Yeah Hopp with the bands it doesn't seem to make a difference. mabye if i didn't feel the need to push the limits all the time it may help
