    That's how I felt earlier in the week. But towards the end I was feeling better. All of that heavy training you have been doing, you should be ready for a deload.

    That's about what I've been weighing in the morning. But after being sick for the past couple days, I woke up today at 242. I'm not sure I would do the 275's even with my squat. Even though I've talked about it a few times. I would really have to get my bench and deadlift game up...ALOT!!!!

    bench nite. I took a deload tonite. haven't really taken 1 on bench nite i awhile. 275x1x6(s) cgbp 275x8,5,5 to 3brd. that was a wrap. i am starting to get in my head too much worrying about meet. i need to relax and regain my focus. backing off on access days now also. 4 weeks of training left. i will throw 1 more deload in for my squat and probably 1 more for shirt also. weight was 250 today. sorry about post/ did it by phone
