    yeah Hopp no matter what i do i can't shake this back pain. hopefully i can just deal until meet is over.

    everything is feeling good except this back pain. weight is 249-252 everyday.

    I have a little back pain today from squatting yesterday. I'm gonna have to work with my stance some. I'm sure you'll be fine, try going to a chiropractor and see if that helps.

    Hey Keenan, guess that was joke. I'm a month out from meet so my volume tapers way down. usually i only do 3 days but i'm staying at 4 for this meet. Just my lower back is trashed right now, so tuesday access day is as little as possible.

    that was it. don't like squatting fridays too much. energy is low and back was trashed before i even started. 885 was high yes was helling getting down but felt easy coming up.

    I forgot to answer your question about my pulling. I think alot of it has to do with the raw squatting and block pulls. I dont think I really did anything special. But this off season I'm really going to hit the block pulls, rack pulls vs bands, and some chain suspended gm's.

    Try slowing the pull down some. I noticed when I slow down, I can focus on more leg drive. I know it sounds silly but it worked for me. I also drop my hips alot lower then I did before.

    Yeah Hopp, was a very rough week health wise. feeling much better with a few diet changes. weight after lunch today 255. not awesome but better. blood pressure back down and some bloat gone.

    dropped back
    860x1 closer to depth but not there
    910 x1 rev band (purple)
    pressure going down is hell. weight feels lighter and easy coming up.

    decent day. and feeling ok 3 hrs after fact.

    Ok. after many bad factors last 2 days gave it a try, didn't go well.

    405x1 felt heavy but put shirt on anyway

    545x1 made it to about 4 brd
    655x1 (2brd) way to heavy
    decided to call it a night. haven't slept good last 2 nights. have had some issues that i think i worked out. will do a whole lot enough the rest of week. weight was down today 254 after work full clothed. so down 4lbs. feeling healthier alot of bloat gone.been watching everything i have ate last 2 days.

    Hey Hopp, 3 weeks from saturday. I'm back on track and felling much better mentally and physically only problem is back. I put my belt on today to do bors and within a minute before i even did any sets the back tightness was setting in. when i was done took belt off and within 5 mins after back felt ok.

    bent over rows 315x8x2
    wg lat pulldowns 2x10
    cg lat pulldowns 2x10
    face pulls 2 x10
    30lb db presses 2x20
    felt like doing some work was feeling pretty good so tried
    close grip inc. bp 225x5/ 275x5/ 315x5 all pretty easy felt good. will probably add these in mix
    tri pushdowns 2x15
    hammer curls 2x15
    today was just what i needed. got my mind at ease and felt good when i left. weight this morning was 252.6. hey i'll take it.
