    The funny thing was, and I'm telling this for the poeple who read this. That when we were calculating what plates to put on since Tim originally said "810", we were talking and calculating out loud and Tim just yelled "Put on 25lb plate it will be 815, that is okay". Haha,I just said "SH!T" and did it. It was funny since Tim said it like it was nothing new. I guess you had to be there, but it shows how much Tim was in the Zone.

    I'm an idiot sometimes. I have said a million times I can't do these because they hurt my shoulders. especially after the heavy bands on speed bench. So I need to regroup on this day. My shoulder issues always come back because of this day. writting this crying bs for a reminder to myself.

    did some shoulder rehab stuff rest off day. I need to stop being lazy and do this stuff at very least once a week. weight still 247, stress still thru roof with allergies.

    what a giant p$$$$$ write up. sorry.

    It's weird that floor presses hurt your shoulder. I usually have the same problem, i'll keep doing exercises that either hurt me or I just don't get anything out of them.

    Thanks Keenan. Yeah Hopp it's weird with floor press, it's usually across the shoulder blade, but that day was in front. I do need to be smarter in training.

    i wanted to hit 825 tonite, just thought it would have been to a 2 brd. shoulder is a little sore, will continue with rehab, stretching, rolling and electro therapy on it. next week will be raw deload. also will take upper access alittle lighter this week. weight today 250.

    ok. life is getting best of me right now. keeping me busy and stressed. along with that i am having some bad pains in right shoulder right now. have until june 7th to register for meet so will have to see how next few weeks go. upper access...... i went in today late, more life issues. close grip inc bp /bar x 10 / 135x5 / 225x 5x3sets / speed bp with 40lb hanging from bands on each side... 135x5x3/ 2 rds of shoulder rehab. called it here. no drive or will to do aything today. shoulder issue has me pissed

    switched it to tonite for some crew members. my weight was 250 today. warmed up my shoulder for about 5 mins before starting tonite.

    box squat w/chains (210 for Tone , for me not sure some was on ground somewhere between 150-170)
    decided on my own to stay raw tonite

    that 540 was grinder and a half. chains were 212lb total. but i'm short so sure i didn't have all of that. Was a fun day, i had couple motivating things. 1) mike ski(haha) called me a 400lb raw squatter once. haha all in fun buddy! and 2) before this most i have ever attempted raw was 505x2. so felt good mentally, maybe not so much physically. ok, here's a couple dead video's i'm a conv. puller and it shows. any advice is appreciated.

    yup that's me. i'm doing well thanks. got knocked out of it for a while when i detached my bicep, but i think i'm back full strength now and looking to compete over the summer. hope to get down and bench with you guys at some point. i still haven't hit a clean 300#.

    I don't want to be that guy...........but since you asked for critque, here it is............. those sumo pulls were not pretty, lol.

    I noticed right away that you need to drop your hips more and get that chest up. You also started each rep with your hips raising first before you even break the bar loose. So to me it looked more like a sumo sldl. As you know i'm also a conventional puller so this is just from my experience with pulling sumo. When I pull sumo, I always focus on starting with my legs. I try to use nothing but leg drive at the start and throwing your hips forward at the lockout. But of course before I start, I make sure my chest is up, back is nice and arched, and my hips are set.

    I'm sure if you worked on your hip flexiblity then it might start to come together.

    Here is a recent video of Brian Schwab pulling sumo. Notice how he drops his hips right before he starts.
