    ok back in my gear. An old training partner was cool enough to give me an inzer leviathin to use. So first day in that. I have also decided to uses Tone's program for squat. chains, reps and bands. rototating thru them week to week.

    squat chains to box with foam
    barx5
    briefs on here saving hips
    barx5 w/212 in chains (again some of chains are on ground for me so hard to figure out real weight)

    suit on straps down

    All sets felt ok,. pressure will take some time to get use to. need to work on moving feet out a little more.

    Weights didn't feel too bad until 765 which i was happy with. great start next week i will try to hit 3sets x2or3 reps with 700 or so with 1 brd or 2 brd. i definetly to hit more sets with higher weights.

    nothing great on this day. still trying to rehab damn right shoulder. It is feeling alot better, but not ready to make this extra pressing day yet.

    I was very happy with training today. Squats felt good just need to sit back alittle more. I was at or close to depth on all reps. Pulls felt good today also.

    765x0 1brd crew saw something that didn't look right close to lockout and took it.
    765x1 1brd after first i yelled for second, crew touch it, i reset and went got it about 1or2 inches from lockout and ran out of gas.

    ok. not bad night, but not good. I'm really disappointed i screwed up on 2 sets. I'm also mad i didn't get enough reps in. however I'm happy I'm this far along this soon. I'm more than capable of getting that 765 for a double to a 1. which last cycle i hit 750 for a single to a 1, and still hit 780 at meet. So i'm taking positives and looking forward. my weight today is 249. still on lighter side.

    You definately have 2 reps in you. Between calling for the second and having to reset it, it just got the upper hand. With a clean set, youll nail it no prob. Great work as always Tim.

    upper access day ....... inc shoulder rehab 2rds...... front raises 2x10/ inc cgbp 3x10 / rev pec deck 2x12 / lat pulldowns 3x10/ seated rows 3x10/ and tri pushdowns 2x25........ felt ok tonite. shoulder is feeling better each week. don't really want to push it though, alot of stuff to pump blood into it.

    thanks guys....... bench nite..... barx10, bar x8 with chains/ 135x8 / 225x3 / 315x3/ 365x2x6...... cgbp 275x5 / 315x5. done. shoulder issue was back last night, might just be something i'll be dealing with forever. it was feeling good, but pulling my gym bag out of car i moved to quick or something and retriggered pain. oh well. hopefully less pain by next week.

    Yeah no biggie Hopp, something i've been dealing with for past 2 years. to dum to let it heal. train until it breaks, to close to my powerlifting goal to risk stopping now.............. anyway quick day of training today combination of training, working(jackhammering everyday) and heat of the summer, it's all wearing on me. sore, tired and need down time......... speed squats.... barx10x2/ 135x5/ 225x5 / 280x3x3 / 280x5x3/ leg ext 3x15. all squat sets where supposed to be 4's so that's y messed up.

    2 rds of yit (lying on inc bench I do laterial movements in the shapes of Y I T)
    front raises 25lb dbs 3x10
    lat pulldowns 3x10
    seated rows 3x10
    rev pec deck 3x10
    tri pushdowns 1x20
    1x10 5 count on way up. really good pump.

    Shoulder felt good after training. No major movements on this day, but just a bunch of neccessary stuff. to keep me healthy and moving.Trying to hit all angles for shoulders
