ok back in my gear. An old training partner was cool enough to give me an inzer leviathin to use. So first day in that. I have also decided to uses Tone's program for squat. chains, reps and bands. rototating thru them week to week.

All sets felt ok,. pressure will take some time to get use to. need to work on moving feet out a little more.
