    thanks guys. bench nite......... ok wasn't exactly the nite i was looking for. raw up to 405 for single. shirt on.. 543x3(3brd)/ 635x2(2brd)/ 705x1 touch. moved slower than i thought it should. 745x2(2brd) again not a great set./ 785x1(2brd) slow. Tone and mike Ski noticed I was on my toes bad. tone has some ideas for me to work on for next week. He believes the toes are causing me to be very unstable(and i definetly agree and trust him). We will get this fixed and i will start making progress again!

    great day squatting. not so good dead. worse drive home. got flat tire, however Tone and I managed to change tire pretty quick. weight this morning 254.7. weight isn't effecting me like it has in the past. i will try to keep it under 255 though.

    I don't blame you, I hate having to lose 10lbs. If I ever got up to 255-260, I would probably just stay there and do 275s.

    I called it there tonite. Here comes excuses. New pain working thru tenditious or something in left elbow was killing in shirt so shut it down there. also boiled shirt to tighten it up some so added pressure didn't help.
    Going to deload rest of week and take a peak at training i have scheduled, may need to make some adjustments. Powerlifting is just as challenging mentally! Still 10 weeks out so plenty of time to make this right.

    On positive note: all the shoulder rehab seems to be working. I will continue to do this this time and not be lazy. the right shoulder doesn't even seem to be issue right now(knock on wood)

    lower access day I played it smart and just worked light today. will probably do it light on upper day also. tired, sore and beat up so deload.............. speed squat bar x5/ 135x3/ 225x3 / 275x2 x8s ..... leg ext 2x20 / leg curls 2x15

    pull went horrible. again issue with last inch of pull. weight flew off floor the i would have my hips locked and knees just wouldn't be locked. Tone believes it's cause i over extend all my warmupsthat if i can't pull it back more that i'm not standng(something like that)also that i need to relax shoulders more. so technique still issue.

    squat was good. stayed at managable weight were i could focus on form and really push my knees out. i've been taking wider stance since i put canvas on.

    Hey Hopp, my main problem is inconsistency and techinque or form changes weekly. Before when I was having trouble locking out pull it was that my hips weren't thru. On this day my hips were thru, however my knees weren't locked.and as i was getting to top part of lockout rather than locking my knees i was still trying to pull back(if that makes sense to you). i usually start with shoulders back and tight causing my pull further to travel, rather than leaving them loose or out in front of me. instead of over extended. Not sure how Ski is doing pull vids or if he has done them yet but as soon as he does I'll try to post them. If you don't mind taking a peak and telling me what you see. always good to get different set of eyes peaking. Maybe you'll explain it differently and it may sink into my thick skull.
