    Nice work benching against bands. I started to add in some heavy singles after my speed work. I like it so far, seeing how I'm only benching once a week.

    lowered box 2 notches but used sponge also more chain on ground for me than past weeks.

    Next time you squat walk up to the bar and set your feet (the width of your stance) but get them under the bar so if you were to let go you would fall backwards. If you do this right then you will never have a problem unracking the bar. It might take you a few times but trust me, you'll like it. I'll post a video of me doing it to give you an idea.

    thank you guys. was a good day! .................. bench nite /bar x5, 135x3, 225x3, 315x3, 405x1, 475x1 (3brd) shirt on 585x3 (3brd) - 675x2 (2brd)- 745x2 (1brd)- 785x1(1brd)-835x1(2brd pr) shirt off 315x5 3brd cg called it there. just too tired and sore. on hurricane ot sunday and now tonite. i was suprised by tonite, didn't expect much and hit a nice 2brd pr. I called for 825 but tone wasn't in mood to add and just started shouting out plates.

    haha. thanks hopp. i'm getting antzy myself!....... upper access day....../usual shoulder warmup/ speed bench 225x3x6/ db standing presses 45x20x2/front raises 2x10/ wide and narrow grip lat pulls 2x10/ that was it. quick and easy. shoulders have been feeling better lately. haven't checked my weight in a while. might be time

    thanks guys......... monday morning bench, it was alittle different benching in morning. we had more guys and i kind of needed to step back towards top sets to keep my focus............./ barx5, 135x5, 225x3, 315x3, 415x2, 475x1(2brd) ... shirt on 605x3 (3brd), 705x2(2brd), 785x1 (2brd), 855x1(2brd) 2brd pr......./ mini band pushdowns 30, 20... that was it. time was issue and left elbow. shoulders felt pretty good today. no shirt for week or 2 now.
