    me squat and dead.
    I figured with the good week and holiday next week that i should push today. well i did and it went better then i thought.

    yeah, i weighed 262 a year or 2 ago, and that time was horrible. i had hard time breathing and everything. this time i'm good. granted i'm not running a marathon but i can still do all my daily stuff with no troubles. and i'm feeling strong as hell

    haha, thank you Thomas. i'm working to get stronger every day. for this raw cycle (me days)i'm following Tone Barbaccio. he came up with a routine where he based his rep and set scheme off of prilepin's chart. we do a series of different movements were we go thru 4-6 week wave then deload, and then back thru same series and try to up either reps or sets. it's working great. also for awhile we would all be doing different things, now we're back to do same program for big movements and that is where we can really challenge and motivate each other. for (de days) we do 1 big movement the same and then we realize we have different needs or wants and we do our own thing. I also am learning how to train smarter to stay healthier. sorry for long rant, and thanks for showing intrest.

    hey Hopp thx. touch-n-go reps, but under control. i will deifnetly be working the pauses of next few weeks though. as long as my shoulders can hold up i think bench should go well.

    I usually touch-n-go when i'm doing reps, but for singles, it's usually paused.

    ok , holidays are rough. finally got to gym last night. didn't do anything but speed bench but felt good to get in there. speed bench --- barx10 --- added 2 light bands(wrapped from one side of bar under support bar for bench then back over the bar).---- bar+2bands x5/ 135x3 +2b / 185x2x6sets +2b--- that was it. well i have 3 weeks left to train before meet. these next 2 sessions should be heaviest of training cycle. so far i have had some nice sessions.

    qk, after feeling sick all week and no real plan for this week I posted a thread in powerlifting forum. after all the great ideas and the fact i felt like crap still decide to try April Mathis' idea of working up to maybe a third attempt with rev bands.
