Thanks guys. Yeah Hopp back in my gear so now on a 4 week rotation.
2 weeks in shirt then 1 week raw and then raw Deload. For the raw work week I'm still working the %'s. but 1st wave is 90% second wave will be 80% and last wave will be 70%. Used 470 as my max weight ( that is the weight I felt like i would have hit meet day). So trying something alittle different this cycle. But figure I couldn't handle 3 weeks in shirt in a row

Sounds like a good plan Tim, good luck with it. Whenever I do get back in gear, I was thinking 2 weeks raw, 1 week shirt, 1 week deload, and then start over. I never spent that much time in my shirt so this might work out for me.

    Squat and dead me
    DELOAD WEEK
    Barx5
    Briefs
    145x2
    235x2
    325x2
    415x2x7 set
    415x4
Focused in sitting back and exploding out of whole.

I got my canvas back in the mail yesterday and wanted to give sumo a try with it on. Wow tight suit, impossible to pull especially with poor form like mine to begin with.
    225x3 brief only
    315x2 bo
    405x1 bo
    Suit on
    No belt and no straps
    495x1
    560x1x 3 sets
    610x1 5lb sumo pr
660x0 3 tries had straps up and belt on. Just couldn't sit back enough to get any kind of pop. All other sets felt light and easy, but still wasn't using proper form.

Oh well will be continuing with Deload til next Saturday. I didn't feel like I needed one but usually I wait til it's too late. Trying to focus on staying healthy and training smarter

Yea great speed on the squats, I just can't to seems to get that.
Like I said wear the suit the next 2 weeks and no briefs on the squats to get use to it, you only have 6 weeks in it. You need to get use to it and break it in more.
    Good Luck!

Shocked you stuck to plan. Pulling in canvas is hard as hell. Definitely not something you can master right away. You'll get there. Pulls you did make looked fast as hell.

Yeah trying to get more work in. Trying to do it smarter, so i can stay healthier. not going to train @100% all the time. meaning max weights on everything i do.Getting older and need to train smarter. i do construction work and with the warm weather this winter my lower back is taking a beating. so i have been rolling and stretching at home just about every night. 9 weeks out and ready for success
