    Play it smart see if you can get to the chiro Monday or tuesday this week, probably try to get there 3 days this week to get you back in a pain free mode.

    ok been a very long and painful week.
    saturday nite and sunday could barely walk. i was all twisted up.
    monday was bad but kept icing and ibrupropen going.
    tuesday went to Doctor's. he was happy enough to hear that my chiro said my hip has been out of alignment for a month now so no MRI> i would have preferred mri to easy my mind but oh well.
    wednesday went back to work. getting better. jackhammered some-not much-came home iced-rolled and did tons of stretches.
    thursday-today-same as yesterday. still very sore.
    BUT TIRED OF SITTING HOME

    I am super. duper. fat. LOL I see what you did with your legs in the 815 video. Awful. We need to get those things tight. You can see how much power you're losing there. It's probably the same thing I saw with the 860 that caused me to grab it. They are completely all over the place. That might have something to do with the hip/back injury too.

    That's because he DOES do fine. He drives off his toes normally and his stability is good. However, with the hip injury he can't stay stable. Watch the videos and you'll see at the bottom it's his HIP pulling his leg out.

    db inc 70x15x2 (higher incline than last week)
    tri pushdowns 4x15
    facepulls 3x12
    side laterials 3x10

    I rolled shoulders for 5 mins with lacross ball. I went with straight weight because the last 2 weeks i used light bands instead of mons. (big mistake). So getting back on track. Need to go out and buy a set of bands.

    Anyway back is still a mess and right hip isn't much better. Looks like i will be a Bench only guy for a while so My lower de day is going to be back day.

    495x1 (1brd) felt easy. Tone told me to take it to my chest cause he knows I want that 500 raw really bad. But I q
    Was putting shirt on tonite and it's not priority right now.

    775x0x2 misses
    I fixed my stability issues and was way tighter tonite and pressure was way more than usual. I would get around 1 Brd height or 1/2 Brd and would just have the weight spin. So tone suggested take it to 1 Brd
    775x2. 1 Brd still had issue touching here. Almost dropped weight between reps i think. Weight moved up so goddamn easy. The release of pressure was crazy.
    I tried to set up more on balls of my feet rather than on my toes.
    Ok tone walked me back in off ledge and I have four more training session 2 shirted to touch. So I will get it done.

    The 775 moved so dam fast off the 1 brd, you get it squared away and the 810+ is going to be a cinch. Just insane speed bro, great work.

    Tim you may be able to stay in the shirt since you are not squatting and deadlifting right now and less stress on the body. Yea like 775 nad 800 is not stressful but really you may want to rethink this 2 in and 2 out withe shirt training.

    I actually agree with Mike. Being that you're not killing yourself squatting and deadlifting I would come in Monday and evaluate how you're feeling. If you think you can handle it, maybe throw the shirt back on again. If you feel like you need to be out, that's fine too.

    Hey Hopp, mike and tone thought that I may be able to go 3 weeks in a row now that I'm going bench only. I knew that I wasn't going to be nearly as strong as week before. 455 felt heavy but I wanted to give 500 a run. I guess I got it to a 3 Brd and sides took it. I should have listened to tone last week, but raw is not priority right now. I believe rested I should be good for 500 t&g at least. 500 has been a lifetime goal so to be this close is cool. I guess new goal will be 525!

My back is on fire and hip keeps slipping out on me. I'm a friggin mess. They could use me in school to teach future doctors. Only training 2 days a week is driving me nuts also. Oh well, i'll keep doing the little things and wait to get better. good news Mri on tuesday.
