    Now back to training. Going to stay raw for awhile! However I plan on trying to throw the bench shirt on once a month, but I'll have to see how that goes.

    My lower back was sore from benching monday and work all week so i went feet out knees out. It felt very stable, may give it a try more often. it definitely felt better on back.

    db bench w/fat gripz 100x15x2sets
    fat gripz tri pushdowns 115x15x4sets
    some cable movement Tone and Drew did 3 sets of 15 reps(shoulders were fried)

    It felt great to get back in gym. Ready to start pushing towards next raw meet

    We were only close to kg plates. Worked up to 100kg per side +plus 50lb bar
    I think that's what it was.

    Did cable crunchers
    And tried band cross walks? For hips.
    I put a doubled mons. Mini band around
    My ankles. Then I kept the band tight and walked side ways across the gym and back.

    maybe Brian C's fan base will see i did part of my log in kilo's and i'll get some love!

    Yeah Hopp, its going good. Back is sore but not hurt. Just tight and hips are tight. Just need to keep stretching,rolling and icing. May do next raw meet end of July.

    I totally understand, i'm tight in the same areas and it sucks. I rolled my back, IT band, quads and glutes on Friday or Saturday and afterwards I felt pretty good from just the little bit I did. I really need to start taking better care of myself and pay attention to the little things.

    Haha, the fact that i called it a bad days is kind of idiotic. I wrote this right after training. I was disappointed I was supposed to get 5sets of 3 going by 705 squat. Due to my back injury a few months ago I may not be there right now. So it was a pretty good day.

    Hey Hopp, back is just about completely healed up. I haven't had any sort of pain unracking weights so happy. Upper body has been pretty good. Stretching and doing so prehab stuff when possible.
