Today's plan was to work up to opener and that was supposed to be it didn't happen.(funny story)

795x1 straps up but slower than weeks past
here's fun part was going to take 860 with knee wraps, well i wasn't paying attention and i didn't see any one load plates so told them to throw on another 45 each side.(must have been why mike gave me crazy look. well turns out it was like 955 or something and i didn't even un rack it.
so after that decided to pull. figured would work up to 600 and call it.
605x3 previous best was 600 for 3 so pr. may have been able to squeeze another 1 there but to close to meet.
weight today was 253. feeling much better besides the tired part. breathing much better now.
