Squat and dead
yes I couldn't resist.
Back hurts when i unrack and stand up with weight. not so much durning the rep. But I definetely felt it and almost hurt it more on second set.
pulled the 635 to knee and felt the back so dropped weight. I didnt want to push it.
the 585 sumo was a struggle but didnt hurt the back. i grinded right thru it.
Felt good to train today, but i was scared the whole day. and paying the price now. Icing back now. Tomorrow will be the telling tale I guess.
