Decided to post some training videos from the last few weeks, all of squatting/deadlifting. Don't have any of bench though my progress there has been awesome too - I've been running another westside cycle for bench with all closegrip ME movements. So far I've beaten all of my regular grip PRs and there's no end in sight!
got another one of 470x8 but my partner has posted it yet.
these all came at different points in different training cycles which is why the weights are so close/weird.
