All great sessions here Nick. Youre definately back on track mate.

    That 365x15 was monstrous.

    7/12 Squats 5/3/1 Week

    Squats
    135x12
    135x12
    225x6
    275x5
    305x5
    345x3
    385x5 Very easy

    DB Walking Lunges
    80's for 4 trips.

    Single Leg Press
    4x12

    Hamstring Curls
    4x15

    Abs
    3x15

Kept it light with the squats because the 3 days prior I had food poisoning or a bad stomach virus and lost about 8 lbs. I was back to normal weight today and felt ok but took it easy as a precaution.

Thanks Coke. I over compensated for my weight loss and binged pretty bad. I weighed in at 251 today from all the carbs and crap I ate. Bench tonight.

    275x5
    295x5

    Pull Ups
    8x8

    DB Floor Press
    95x12
    125x3
    140x3

    Barbell Shrugs

    495x6

    DB Curls

    Pushdowns
    3x20

I am still feeling the effects from being sick, but I still think I have my training max for bench set to high. I like to get at least 12 reps on my 5 rep week and I only would have been able to get 8. I am going to drop it 15lbs. starting next week and just go from there.

    7/19 Bench 3's Week

    Bench Press

    135x15
    185x12
    225x10
    245x3
    275x3
    290x3
    305x5

    Pull Ups
    5x10

    DB Rows
    75x20
    105x10
    145x10
    150x8

    Hammer Strength Incline Press
    3x20

    DB Curls
    45x12
    55x12
    65x12
    75x8

Everything felt good. I got a terrible hand off on the bench set of 305x5, the guy yanked the bar off the rack and dropped it in my hands. That threw me off so I kept it to 5 reps.

I ****ing hate the yanking it out and dumping. Especially if your shoulders get 'unpinned'...Set spoiler for sure.

Strong set none the less Nick.
