3x10 something popped or my back just cracked oddly(upper back), kind of took the breath out me me and was uncomfortable so I called it there. Not sure what it is but just wanted to play it safe.
If it settles down I'll go back to the gym tonight to finish my workout. I was planning on doing light back, cardio, and abs.
Good luck with that, clearly on point otherwise.

Had a squat and deadlift workout this week too. Deadlifts I worked up to 465x5 and squats I stayed light at 315x10.
Killer benching going on dude.
410x5 No belt on any sets, 410lbs because I was lazy and threw 25lb plates on.
Had a game Saturday. Had 2 sacks in the first half, then the game got called at halftime. It was 120 degrees on the turf and the other team had to call an ambulance because a few of the players were extremely dehydrated.
Strong benching/pressing recently! I am coming out there in a couple of weeks... do you still train at the Golds?
That game should not have took place to begin with imo, extreme conditions like that is life threatening, especially for athletes. You was dealing with that shit though Nick, lol.
